Return Policy

All orders are checked for defects before shipment. If you received any faulty products, please contact us within 7 days with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange.
 
Products size is specified. Customers are welcome to e-mail us for enquiry before order.
 
Return or exchange policy is inapplicable to any products with size problems。
 
Measurement inaccuracy may vary within 0.5 - 1cm. In such cases, it will not be considered as a defect and no exchange or return is allowed.
 
All pictures are photography of real items. Please e-mail us before purchase if you have any problems.
 
Please note:

• Customers are responsible for the product until the it is returned. It must be returned to us in its original condition.
• The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
